Memtech Acoustical's pipe
insulation is a high end
foam insulation which works well both acoustically and thermally to insulate
pipe noise and heat. We can work in clean room environments with our
879 series pipe wrap or heavy duty or exterior work with our 379
series foam insulation. We also have fittings, custom made (as is all of our pipe
wrap) All of our pipe insulation is available with foam insulation from 1” to3”
thick in ½” increments. All of our pipe wrap is made in four foot
lengths and has a self sealing lap which makes for easy
installation. Made from a fiber free insulating melamine material,
if you should develop a leak in your system, simply remove and when
repair is complete reinstall the pipe wrap. No need to replace.
TechLite® is a state of the art
insulation material. It is flexible foam produced from melamine
resin (a thermo set of the amino-plastics group). The three
dimensional structure of the foam is made up of a microscopic,
slender skeletal structure that delivers excellent foam insulation
properties. No ozone depleting substances are used in the
manufacturing of TechLite® foam.

properties, such as classified ASTM C-1410-2005b. TechLite foam pipe wrap meets or
exceeds ASTM-E84-25/50 smoke & flame, high temperature resistance,
